Everhot line of PEX tools features premium Crimp Tools and Crimp Tool Kits, available in a variety of models to accommodate the needs of any installer. All kits are supplied with go-no-go gauges, user’s manual and are available in durable, custom molded carrying cases. Innovative design of the crimp jaws allows them to fully interlock with each other when the connection is done, assuring the most even, true full circle crimp connection.

Our All-Size Kit includes a 15” long crimp tool with interchangeable jaws for all five major PEX tubing sizes: 3/8”, 1/2", 5/8”, 3/4" and 1”.

This Kit also includes a manual that contains information on how to properly calibrate the tool, change tool jaws and check connections for accuracy. Also included: Go-No-Go gauge for (5) tubing sizes, crescent wrench for calibration purposes and (2) spare bolts.

Our Full Kit includes a 14” long crimp tool with interchangeable jaws for four PEX tubing sizes: 3/8”, 1/2", 5/8”, 3/4", as well as a decrimping tool.

This kit also includes a manual that contains information on how to properly calibrate the tool, change tool jaws and check connections for accuracy. Also included: Go-No-Go gauge for (4) tubing sizes, crescent wrench and hex wrench for calibration purposes and (2) spare bolts.

Our 1-1/4” Kit includes an 18” long crimp tool with interchangeable jaws for two large PEX tubing sizes: 1” and 1-1/4”.

This Kit features a Crimp Tool with prolonged handles for easier installation of large diameter PEX tubing. A manual is included and contains information on how to properly calibrate the tool, change tool jaws and check connections for accuracy. Also included: Go-No-Go gauge for (2) tubing sizes, crescent wrench for calibration purposes and (2) spare bolts.

Single Crimp Tools are also available for most commonly used 1/2" and 3/4" PEX tubing sizes. They are very handy since jaw on the tool doesn’t have to be constantly changed when the job calls for installation of both tubing sizes.

Crimp Tools are used in conjunction with copper crimp rings (F1807) and a Go-No-Go gage. This connection method is appropriate for crimp style fittings only and is one of the most conservative, cost-effective and reliable connection methods today.

A Decrimping Tool will help to remove crimp rings from connections that were done improperly or by mistake.
