Everhot Inc. now offers a full line of copper manifolds for use both in PEX plumbing and radiant heating applications.

Copper Valveless PEX Headers are available in sizes ranging from 3 to 10 branches, and feature a 1” copper size manifold trunk with 1/2" PEX (F1807) outlets. Inlet on this type of manifolds is 3/4" PEX (F1807) and the outlet is spin closed (3/4” PEX outlet version is also available). The manifolds do not have shut-off valves.

Copper PEX Headers with Valves are available in 4, 5 and 6-braches, and feature a 1” copper size manifold trunk with 1/2" PEX (F1807) 1/4-turn ball valves. Inlet on this type of manifolds is 3/4" PEX (F1807) and the outlet is spin closed.

Copper PEX Manifolds with Valves (Sweat) are available in 8, 10 and 12-braches, and feature a 1” copper size manifold trunk with 1/2" PEX (F1807) 1/4-turn ball valves. Inlet on this type of manifolds is 1” copper fitting size and the outlet is spin closed. This type of manifolds is available in Right (right side spin closed) or Left (left side spin closed) versions. Installers can par them together to create a convenient and professionally looking plumbing system.

Copper PEX Manifolds with Valves (M x F) are available in 2, 3 and 4-braches, and feature a 1” copper size manifold trunk with 1/2" PEX (F1807) 1/4-turn ball valves. Inlet on this type of manifolds is 1” copper fitting size and the outlet is 1” copper pipe size. Connection on this type of PEX manifolds allows the installer to solder them together to get any manifold size needed.

Plain Copper Manifolds are available with trunk sizes 1-1/4” and 1-1/2” and have (12) 3/4“ copper pipe size outlets. Both inlet and outlet on these manifolds are copper pipe size.
